Founders’ Day (October 16, 2015)

On Friday, October 16, 2015, the school boomed with life and exquisite beauty as our beautifully dressed and well-groomed senior students gathered to honor our beloved Mother School in celebration of the 130 years of dedication and excellence.

Founders’ Day this year marked 130 years of prosperity, growth, and influences that have accompanied the development of SABIS^® from only one school, to a world class educational institute. A ceremony was held where the Deputy Director, Mrs. Frieda Ghibril, delivered an inspiring speech, on behalf of the administration, followed by class representatives who expressed their admiration through heart-felt speeches, and conveyed their hopes for and attachment to this school. The day ended with an energetic musical performance by our school band, followed by a mini buffet, and some traditional celebratory Lebanese dances!
