Independence Day (celebrated on November 20, 2015)

Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at the International School of Choueifat. The ceremony started at 8:30 AM in the school open ground with a large crowd of staff and students from KG1-KG3. Independence Day celebrations were colorful and high spirited as students used their imagination to paint a large Lebanese flag for each class, and afterwards, each student painted his own Lebanese flag on a white t-shirt using red and green paint. The ceremony was concluded with students singing the National Anthem. Later students decorated their classrooms with the Lebanese flag. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country, and a day to give everyone hope for a brighter and a better future.
